Over the past decade, I’ve worked across the intersections of consulting, proposal development, and strategic advisory - helping research institutions, NGOs and international partners turn ideas into real, fundable projects. What I enjoy most is working behind the scenes to bring clarity to complex problems, structure ambitious initiatives, and support teams in securing the funding they need to make an impact. I’ve supported multi-million euro proposals, advised on project strategies, and collaborated with cross-functional teams in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments. My strengths lie in research-informed thinking, clear communication, and the ability to guide others through complex proposal and planning processes. I’m often brought in to make sense of scattered inputs, shape them into a coherent strategy, and ensure that what’s submitted stands up to donor expectations - both technically and strategically. While I’ve spent time in academic and analytical settings, I’ve increasingly moved toward work that’s hands-on, collaborative, and focused on helping organizations grow through better planning and positioning. In my work, I aim to be a steady partner - someone who brings structure to complexity and helps teams deliver under pressure. I enjoy collaborating across cultures, sectors, and disciplines, especially in roles that require clear thinking, flexible execution, and strategic alignment.
