About Kaspars Bernans

With a strong belief in teamwork and natural leadership, I excel in managing people and fostering cohesive, high-performing teams. I am dedicated to leveraging these skills not only to drive organizational success but also to positively impact the broader societal landscape through collaborative efforts and effective leadership. I’ve held various positions in the aviation industry across several countries, including Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia, where I managed teams of up to 100 people. Over the past 15 years, my passion has been not only building effective teams but also leading young and dynamic ones. I have extensive experience with efficient training growth that enhances companies' development, yearly budgeting expenses, managing training policies, and managing teams. My lately true passion has been a lecturer in Turība helping other professionals to become effective and smart team players and managers. The experience that I have gained managing and building teams within different Europe airports is now shared with the bachelor's and master's students. While covid19 hit hard the Aviation and Educational industry, I found a way to build and manage new businesses and create together with partners a new Radio Project were I've became part of the international Radio team as a Business Development Manager and radio voice.
