Been working in IT area since 1998. And, if not counting a few episodes of subcontracted IT analysis, always in banks. And most of the time - in projects with a high challenge level. No matter if it was because of complex environment, resource shortage, strict deadline or unclear requirements, but very often it all ended with challenging and redrawing the borderline of personal capability limits.
