Always driven to connect the right leadership with the right organization, that’s what fuels my passion. As an Executive Search Professional at SDH Executive Search, I manage Board and C-level searches within the European Agri/Food, FMCG and Retail sectors. My role combines analytical sharpness with a strong instinct for people, leadership dynamics and company culture. I thrive on identifying leaders who not only fit but truly make a difference. My career started in commercial roles, before moving into executive search in 2006. At Quaestus, I progressed from Research Consultant to Head of Research, leading a team and shaping search strategies. Since 2013, I’ve been part of SDH, successfully completing numerous national and international placements in AgriFood, Consumer Goods and Retail, delivering leadership solutions that drive sustainable business impact. Colleagues and clients value my perseverance, critical mindset and ability to quickly grasp the core of complex leadership challenges. Outside of work, I’m a passionate athlete and hobby chef, activities that, much like my profession, demand focus, creativity and precision.
