If I am at the supermarket and choose the “wrong” queue (that is, the one next to me moves faster), I get irritated and impatient. I have turned that lack of patience into an advantage – if I can make anyone wait less I will be happy. At Copenhagen Optimization this is constantly motivating me to find solutions which makes passengers, patients, callers or whomever is in need of a service have a better experience. At the same time, I constantly search for options to reduce cost, postpone the need for new investments while keeping employees happy – a win-win situation.
