We are a multifamily lender and a direct FHA lender; we provide permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine, we’re also correspondent with agency Fannie/Freddie, also correspondent with Life companies, We broker a large amount of debt: CMBS, Lifeco and bank lending. We also offer long term 35 and 40 year fixed loans for multifamily and new construction projects. We also have an open ended debt fund. Aside from being a lender, we’re also developers and investors. We've done multifamily developments, repositioning and ground up constructions both as lenders and as mezz / preferred equity partners to large developers. We own units nationwide with more in development. Overall we’ve been involved in over $5 billion of debt funding. What sets us apart is our ability to advise clients from the position of lender, developer and investor and because of this we are uniquely positioned to offer insights and solutions beyond traditional lending and thinking Therefore we understand how developers think, how the lenders think and how the investors think. For us it's about understanding the clients' projects, their strategy, how soon they want to move and presenting some options and going from there.
