Hi! My name is Kassandra. I have a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism with a minor in Marketing from Western Illinois University. Bozeman, MT resident, with a passion for building event experiences for large customer bases and facilitating positive customer engagement resulting in excellent client retention that will grow and sustain your business. I have extensive experience working in the event planning, sales, and account management space, resulting in significant increases in customer engagement and satisfaction for companies I have worked with. It is my hope to expand my experience in the event management, account management, and customer success spaces. In my free time, I snowboard, play video games, enjoy/explore nature, and attend events and festivals! My strengths include adaptability, problem solving, crisis management, program management, event planning, building experiences, sales, and customer success.
