Background

About Kassandra Roberts

I am a strategic and passionate professional committed to developing new growth directives by analyzing and improving organizational processes and working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. My academic career earning my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Education Studies along with my current coursework to receive my Master of Business Administration give me a unique approach and perspective when collaborating with others within the firm. Utilizing my experience has contributed to my success in implementing a new system at a nonprofit organization to maximize dental care and education for underserved children, while meeting guidelines outlined by the Department of Health Services to earn incentive payments without disrupting treatment flow and quality of care. In my current role, I collaborate with departmental heads in strategic planning throughout the company, including the clinical, administrative, and human resources department, to ensure company-wide operational compliance, address areas of improvement and opportunities, and plan for short and long-term goals. I look forward to utilizing both my current experience and skills in problem-solving, understanding of general finances and budgeting and leadership abilities to foster the growth of an organization.
