About Kassey Sharp

With over 10 years of experience within the private and public sector. Working in the office administration and support area, I am a competent and reliable Executive Assistant at NSW Department of Communities and Justice. My core competencies include diary and inbox management, documentation and correspondence, taking minutes, among other ad hoc duties. I am passionate about supporting the department's mission to improve the lives of vulnerable people and communities in NSW. In my current role, I liaise with stakeholders, couriers, suppliers, security and building concierge, and support the Director and his wider team whilst managing the email distribution list, and the Director's personal mailbox. I also help support the information flow within the branch. Additionally, I have completed a five-month secondment as an Assistant Program Officer, where I performed secretariat duties, such as but not limited to; preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documentation.
