As part of DaVita Kidney Care's Employee Relations and HR Investigations team, I support the organization's mission of providing quality kidney care by ensuring efficient business operations, human resources, and staffing leadership. I leverage my expertise in the enterprise case management system (EthicsPoint by NAVEX) to monitor, triage, and respond to concerns escalated from various sources, such as teammates, leaders, People Services, and the Compliance Hotline. I also collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to translate technically complex concepts into clear operational practices, and I facilitate the team's use of data and analytics to drive continuous improvement. With a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology from UMKC, I have a unique combination of skills and knowledge that enable me to contribute to DaVita's culture, values, and vision. I have over 6 years of progressive experience in administrative and case management roles, where I have demonstrated my proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and process improvement. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients, teammates, and communities, and I mentor and coach other team members to foster a culture of learning and development.
