I create order out of chaos and am motivated by continuous improvement and creative problem solving. I am also passionate about developing and motivating people to excel in their areas of genius, Fast forward to now: I've truly enjoyed my career so far, because despite the diversity in the industries I have worked in, I have consistently worked in positions that allow me to organise, analyse and execute on projects that I care about. The highlights reel includes- Working as a legal secretary and contributing to meaningful employment and corporate disputes, family law matters, mergers and acquisitions and conveyancing- Co-ordinating fundraising events for charity on the Nullarbor Plain, South Australia- Securing Government funding for expansion projects for Tourism industry businesses in the Northern Territory- Being elected to, and serving on the board of Tourism Central Australia- Leading a passionate team who are dedicated to helping to grow small - medium businesses through digital channels; and- Making the move to the UK, where I continue to act as an Integrator, executing against Founder and Company visions and missions.
