About Kassi Hyatt

With over seven years in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the opportunity to see the home lending process from every angle, from originating loans to my current role as a Senior Mortgage Processor. My experience has taught me that behind every file is a family, a dream, and a story, and I take pride in making that process as smooth and transparent as possible. Originally from southern Louisiana, I bring a sense of Southern warmth and hospitality to everything I do. For the past 15 years in Arkansas, I’ve built strong relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and colleagues who share my passion for helping people reach their homeownership goals. Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mom of two boys, and our home is full of life thanks to our pets. I find joy in cooking for family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and experiencing live music whenever I can.
