Throughout my career, whether coordinating COVID-19 response efforts, managing donor and client relationships at the American Red Cross, or ensuring quality care in my current role, I've been driven by a desire to enhance systems that serve people.I bring a strong foundation in customer service, de-escalation, and electronic health records, which I use to navigate complex healthcare environments. My work is rooted in integrity, excellence, and a deep care for the well-being of others.
