About Kat Andreeva

I'm an interdisciplinary artist and social entrepreneur with an international background that spans Bulgaria, Spain, Mexico, France, and the UK. Having experienced migration firsthand, I am passionate about creating projects that foster social inclusion and intercultural dialogue. My journey led me to co-found Kamusa Studio, an NGO that leverages art as a powerful tool for empowerment and education, particularly among young migrants. I specialize in creative problem-solving, team leadership transformation, and maintaining a strong purpose-driven focus in everything I do. One of my key strengths is connecting people and actions to create meaningful impact, while bringing a fresh, non-judgmental perspective to every project. With a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I’ve developed and led impactful projects like Aula Kulturika, an educational program that uses mural art to integrate migrant youth into local communities and educational spaces. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at ESIC and looking to enhance my skills, with the goal of scaling initiatives that generate lasting, meaningful change on a global level. My mission is to help organizations embrace creativity and social responsibility as key drivers of sustainable growth.
