As a HR & Compliance Director at Property Debt Collection & PDC Law and HR Director at PDC Conveyancing, I have over 19 years experience in leading and managing various aspects of the businesses, such as human resources, compliance, customer and client care, marketing, and brand development. My key strengths lie in leadership, people management, customer and client care, complaints handling, human resources and operational excellence. I have successfully managed the transition from a regulated to a non-regulated environment for PDC, helped to create PDC Law and I have also developed and implemented marketing strategies to promote the services of the firms, increasing brand awareness and customer retention. My mission is to provide exceptional service and value to our clients and customers, and to empower and support our employees to achieve their full potential.
