I have a strong drive regarding all things technical. My career started with a modest position on the sales floor of an Apple store. I had a lot of customer service experience, and quickly gained a lot of technical knowledge thanks to my insatiable curiosity. A decade and a half later I now have considerable enterprise experience in IT, Systems Administration, Automation, IAM, Incident Response, and general SOC duties. After 15 years as a passionate problem solver in and around IT, I've provided solutions to many operational corporate problems. I can identify areas for improvement, and design and implement processes or automation to grease the wheels of your IT department. I have years of experience with compliance audits and controls. I have streamlined or automated onboarding and offboarding processes. I have designed and implemented audit-passing access management controls, processes, and automation like RBAC. I have embarked on long projects to clean up disorganized or poorly maintained AD environments. Recently I have custom automated data flow between applications not designed to work together.
