HR Services Advisor, line managing the HR Services team at Agrii in Gloucestershire, CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. My team are responsible for all HR paperwork related to the entire employee life cycle as well as all internal HR processes. My role encompasses overseeing the team and their output, continually improving process and advising and putting together policy amendments. I have implemented our current shared HR & Payroll system iTrent, and am heavily involved and responsible for system administration and continual module and system development. I provide direct support to the HR Operations Manager with business-wide projects and initiatives including project work and training. I am an excellent people manager with a varied and transferable skill set, built on my priority for top level customer service whatever the role. I have rebuild the existing HR Services team and processes, moving it to a digital, more efficient and high functioning service for managers and employees. Previous experience within property management, and management within the retail industry. Skilled in Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Project Management and People Management. Strong communicator with a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Sociology from University of Gloucestershire.
