About Kat Everard

I am passionate about People - doing right by them, helping them grow, and collaborating to make things happen. My greatest strength is my ability to connect people, places, and things. I relentlessly work towards building strength-based company cultures and teams. I believe that when we fully understand how our innate strengths interact and coexist, we can learn to better communicate, collaborate, and perform at optimal levels. With a strong desire to exceed expectations, I am a dedicated team player and customer-focused employee. My expertise is in strategic enrollment planning, recruitment/territory management, learning and development, and performance improvement. I've had the opportunity to design marketing plans for collegiate athletic teams, recruit, screen, hire, and onboard new employees, consult with Fortune 500 company's, and design training programs for regional admission counselors across the country. I subscribe to a systematic and systemic approach to performance improvement and aim to improve any organization I'm a part of.
