With over thirty years of experience in the world of yoga and holistic wellness, I am a seasoned yoga instructor and therapist passionate about fostering healing and transformation through mindful movement and breath. My journey began with my foundational 200-hour YTT from the esteemed Brahmrishi Yoga School in 2005 and deepened with a 500-hour yoga therapist training completed in 2013. I specialize in crafting holistic yoga experiences that are not only physically enriching but also mentally and spiritually rejuvenating. My teaching style is light-hearted yet deeply intuitive, allowing me to curate practices that resonate with individual needs and group dynamics. As a self-employed professional since 2009, I've honed the ability to blend yogic disciplines with a background in dietetics and Ayurveda to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness. I have had the privilege of serving as a yoga teacher trainer, contributing to the growth of upcoming yoga practitioners with a focus on practical and philosophical aspects of yoga.
