I’m an award-winning senior executive with a background in marketing that has evolved into a passion for strategic leadership and sustainability, where purpose, performance, and innovation meet to drive true market differentiation. With a core focus in healthcare, I’ve also worked across tech and automotive sectors—from small businesses to large global companies, as well as public and third-sector organisations. Whether privately owned, shareholder-driven, or charitable, I’ve navigated the complexities of organic growth and M&A, blending structure and creativity to deliver results. I believe growth starts with people, then product or service. That’s why I’m committed to strategies that empower people, drive innovation, and create real social value. Recently, I’ve focused on driving sustainability and social impact across the EMEA region—connecting strategy, storytelling, and innovation to spark real change. I lead the development of sustainability and social impact frameworks, strategies, and projects tailored to regional needs I craft compelling narratives to engage customers, stakeholders, and employees—bringing our sustainability journey to life I develop behaviour change campaigns rooted in data and research—designing frameworks and interventions that navigate complex environments Some key initiatives include: • Unify, our neuroinclusion programme, designed to foster awareness and support for neurodiverse colleagues • An employee-sponsored volunteering programme, supported by financial backing, social value assessments, policies, reporting, and a dedicated tech platform • Partnered with our ESG team to develop the UK’s Carbon Reduction Plan, including 100% renewable energy contracts and a regional fleet transition programme—aiming for an all-EV fleet by 2030 I’m also pursuing an MSc in Sustainability at Cranfield University, expanding my ability to drive science-based action at scale.
