I’m an executive administrator who is passionate about providing first-rate assistance to C-Suite executives. I enable them to work most efficiently by building systems and processes that help them, their teams, and their offices operate smoothly with strong communication. What I do- Keep multiple executives and their teams integrated by attending leadership meetings and managing accountability of output- Manage calendars and day-to-day needs for busy globally-located C-suite executives to help them work with their teams effectively- Organize worldwide travel and manage expenses- Oversee the operation of offices including facilitating onboarding of new staff, navigation of internal systems and policies, and design and implementation of “how-to” process documents- Information management including design and maintenance of process flows and building of CRM databases- Organize and execute offsites, most notably a 175-person three-day convention- Administer payroll, WSIB, and benefits- Manage budgets and complex spreadsheets including franchise royalties, demand planning, and logistics/distribution- Presented to small and large groups including facilitating interactive strategy sessions- Design and implement reward and recognition programs- Write corporate internal communications, policies, and newsletters.
