I believe in building a culture of open communication across teams, and value connection with my coworkers.My core competencies include project coordination, planning, change management, implementation, and logistics. I also have a background in theatrical lighting design, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set for collaboration, creative problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
