About Kat Kohler

I’m a creative producer and program leader who tells stories through experiences—whether that’s a museum exhibition, a school program, or a city-wide festival. I’ve spent over a decade working across arts, education, and events in the U.S. and Australia, always drawn to roles that bring people together. My background includes managing cross-cultural exhibitions, running after-school and early learning programs, and collaborating with artists, educators, and stakeholders to make things happen—often in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I’m equally comfortable behind the scenes managing logistics or out front leading a team or engaging with the public. I care deeply about access, inclusion, and making creative experiences feel welcoming and relevant. I also take pride in clear planning, thoughtful collaboration, and making sure creative ideas are delivered with care. Outside of work, I’m usually out camping with my family, discovering live music, or dreaming up new ways to make learning more engaging (especially for kids and caregivers).
