Better relationships with clients translate to greater profits and retention; better relationships with colleagues translate to collaborative and committed employees; but most importantly, a better relationship with oneself translates to a happier, stronger, and more versatile professional. I want to help your organization establish such connections and find the path to its full potential! Out of my passion for analyzing organizational and interpersonal communication grew the desire to assist both individuals and organizations in finding their path to success. Among an amalgamation of methods, I am a proponent of utilizing varying assessments to better understand different communication and personality styles to assist in the determination of the appropriate next steps for development, conflict resolution, performance management, etc. Assessments such as DiSC and Clifton Strengths are valuable for the development of both professional and personal relationships and apply to most situations as a beneficial starting point. As a passionate leader with over 15 years of experience inclusive of management, customer service, employee training, performance management, needs assessments, training proposals, and risk assessments, I bring a unique perspective and set of skills to any organization. Described as a strong leader who is kind and respectful, one that truly cares for all colleagues and leads by example, I show up by being both a leader and a team member who strives to make a positive impact every day.
