I am a passion driven guitar player that loves the challenge of problem solving. Yes, I said it. I am a guitar player. How does that even relate to who I am at work? Guitar playing is all about finding the quickest most effective path to making the music you want people to hear, and the feeling you want your audience to have as they listen. I use that same methodology with the projects I manage. From finding the quickest, most efficient path to complete a project, to finding creative solutions around roadblocks. Starting from taking detailed requirements, representing those requirements though mockups and USDs, communicating with development through the project life cycle, thorough QA to insure the project is exactly what the client has requested, and finally delivering an awesome project. At the end of a well played song the audience is grateful for what has been shared. Just like performing, it is extremely satisfying to deliver a project that the client is excited for. It's not just about the outcome of the project either. It's the journey along the way, taking a client and turning them into a partner, trusting me that I am dedicated and deliver the quality they are looking for in a timely manner. I have been working in aspects of Project Management for 9 years now. When I am not writing User Stories and meeting deadlines I am, you guessed it, playing guitar! I also enjoy walking my dogs, hanging out with my husband, and building my farm in Stardew Valley.
