Working with people is what I do best, whether it be in person or online. Ever since I entered the workforce, I've been passionate about employee rights and listening to the experiences of others. I've learned so much from my mentors and those who I've helped along the way. Over the years I've worked on special projects such as implementations (Dayforce, Workday, UltiPro), DEIB Advisory Committee, co-chairing the new hires employee resource group (ERG), employee training, town hall presentations, and leading fundraisers, to name a few. What I’ve learned in my involvement has been helpful to progress my career and personal life, and I’m happy to open the door when opportunity knocks. I'm constantly looking to grow as a Human Resources professional, and want to contribute my knowledge, experience, and charisma to a successful company who matches my drive for growth.
