I am the People and Culture Advisor at Longboard Architectural Products, a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminum products for the construction industry. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting the human resources and organizational development functions of Longboard, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and culture building. I work with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share a common vision of creating innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and partners. I enjoy learning from and collaborating with my colleagues, and I strive to contribute to the company's growth and success by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
