I am an experienced Customer Success Manager currently working for a BI platform anchored in a culture of connectivity. My expertise lies in being able to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking to bring success to my clients and present myself as a trusted advisor. I manage Enterprise and SMB accounts in the APAC region from all industries as they modernise their real-time data to create intelligent applications for a digitally-connected business. Through working with powerful products, I'm able to inspire, enable and guide customers to success. Responsible for strengthening relationships with clients, I work with Salesforce Admins, DevOps teams, to C-level executives and product owners to develop customer success plans to ensure alignment and drive adoption. Customer Success allows me to learn the complexities of businesses and offer solutions that help them grow.
