I am a Marine Corps Veteran, Program Manager, and Workforce Services Professional with 7 years of professional experience in direct client service, program management, compliance management, training development and delivery, research, data collection, and strategic decision making. I have a passion for service-oriented work and value the use of data driven solutions to solve problems and improve program efficiency. I am currently pursing a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Harris School of Public Policy at University of Chicago, with an expected graduation date of June 2021. I am eager to use my on the ground experience of implementing policy initiatives through government funded grants to bring valuable anecdotal insight to a policy team, working to find research driven solutions to problems of social and economic inequity. I strive to combine the quantitative emphasis of the University of Chicago curriculum and my professional experience with direct service to high need populations to contribute to a team of research and policy professionals.
