About Kat Stevens

Kat Stevens is an efficiency-driven and equity-focused healthcare leader with deep expertise in data strategy, analytics, operations and organizational transformation. She holds a BA from the University of Portland and an MPH from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, where she focused on healthcare cost disparities affecting unhoused populations. Kathryn began her career building evaluation and outcomes frameworks for workforce development programs serving houseless youth, later directing data and evaluation at Atlanta’s largest nonprofit providing housing and support for people living with HIV/AIDS. She then moved on to​ Senior Data and Research Manager at Campaign Zero, a national nonprofit leveraging data to break cycles of systemic racism and poverty, and incarceration. Today, as Director of Data Governance and Quality at the Multnomah County Health Department, Kathryn leads cross-departmental initiatives in data compliance, quality improvement, and strategic planning. Her work drives operational efficiency, regulatory integrity, and equity-centered outcomes across one of Oregon’s largest public health systems. Kathryn specializes in healthcare analytics, equity-focused data strategy, and enterprise systems transformation. She has a track record of aligning complex teams, optimizing resources, and embedding data-informed decision-making into high-stakes healthcare and service environments.
