About Kat Tarr

As a third generation Realtor and a second generation professional athlete, I have a passion for helping people achieve their goals and dreams. I am a Real Estate Managing Broker at Windermere NW Living, where I lead the Tarr Team, a group of dedicated and experienced agents who provide exceptional service and guidance to our clients and customers. We have only ever receive five star reviews, due to my staging and cleaning company that we use on all our listings! We stand out of the crowd and that’s why our sellers sell for more! With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, I have developed strong skills in marketing, advertising, social media, negotiation, and business management. I also leverage my background in communications, psychology, and social work to understand the needs and emotions of my clients and to build lasting relationships with them. In addition, I am a Head Coach at Washington Timbers Football Club, where I mentor and train young women in soccer and life skills, and lead the WaTimbers Women's Team in the NWPL league. I am proud to be part of the sports community and to contribute to the growth and development of women's football in the Pacific Northwest.
