About Kat Worth

As an experienced and versatile Chartered Secretary with over 20 years in corporate governance, I have successfully led and developed high performing governance teams across public and private sector organisations. This has required a deep understanding of a range of legislative and regulatory frameworks and the evolving landscape of corporate governance and best practice. Throughout my career I have acted as a trusted advisor to the boards and executive leadership teams I have worked with, advising on compliance with various corporate governance codes, and regulatory requirements - balancing these obligations with long-term business objectives to support organisational growth and resilience. In my current role I am a member of the executive management team, working with colleagues to develop the Business Plan, aligning operational strategies with the wider strategic business objectives. I have fostered strong relationships with the board and key stakeholders. Outside my day job, I volunteer as a Trustee and Company Secretary for UN Women UK, this is the United Nations national committee in the UK dedicated to gender equality through advocacy and fundraising.
