About Katalin Cser

I have successfully earned my academic degrees due to my persistent, precise attitude. Besides the diligent mindset, the years spent on abroad gifted me also with the sensitivity for different cultures, how to overcome obstacles through rough times by changing my perspective. In the continuous development of self-awareness, I have got familiar with the way of silent inspiration through attentive listening, which has helped me a lot when I had to work in a team. My punctuality and my international experiences highly facilitated that I could build and maintain good work relations with business entrepreneurs, government bodies and international institutions. With my analytic thinking and system focused approach I have contributed to increase effectiveness of organizations and teams in different fields. My ability to collaborate has enabled me to succeed in achieving shared goals with different organizational or extra-organizational units and in helping teams work together.
