I'm goal-driven executive (M.D, eMBA) with curious mindset for new innovations, and endless passion for KPI's and results as well as people and emotions behind them in leadership. My extensive experience from medical practice, hospital management, and advisory has supported my success in strategy, business and in industry. I have successfully lead complex projects and programs both in public and private social and healthcare sector, e.g. national digital healthcare services and legislation drafting, greenfield/brownfield hospital projects, formation and implementation of digital strategies and solutions, in multiple countries and collaborated with governments, ministries and authorities. For the last years, I have: Established and grown a business from non-profit to quadruple profit in one year, with 50-100% annual growth, in sales and delivery. Developed holistic technology and service solutions with versatile business models with net value of €40M. Established structured approach and driven productivity management to accelerate profitability in other business lines in the Nordics. I have extreme interest and passion towards leadership and board membership, unlocking value and growth, and technology and innovations across industries. I have also passion for skiing, ice swimming, running with my poodle Eino, and art and music events.
