About Katariina Mankinen

I want to work towards more equal and healthier societies as a part of a passionate multidisciplinary team. My MSSc degree in Social Psychology, a BA degree in Psychology, and valuable work experience from an NGO and a research institute, explicate my curiosity to better understand human behavior. I have been provided with hands-on experience and academic expertise in topics related to mental health, migration, social relations, human-nature connectedness, positive psychology, and DEI. I hope to deepen my skills in positions/projects that focus on enhancing diversity, equity and inclusiveness in our society. I have had the opportunity to live and study in different countries, and these endeavors have enriched my problem-solving abilities and skills to adapt and learn from multinational teams. I highly value good leadership and teamwork dynamics, as well as a motivational work environment where I can put my skills and expertise to use.
