About Katariina Reissaar

As Director of Operations at the Royal Air Force Club, I’m proud to help lead one of London’s most distinguished private members’ clubs — ensuring we deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and genuine hospitality in every detail. My journey began in hotel operations, where I spent nearly four years with Leonardo Royal Hotels, progressing from Graduate Manager to Head of Department. That experience laid the foundation for my move to the RAF Club, where I initially joined as Front Office Manager before stepping into my current role as Director of Operations. I’m deeply passionate about innovation, efficiency, and creating environments where both members and teams thrive. I believe in the power of data-driven decision-making, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement to shape the future of hospitality. Alongside my operational career, I’ve been an active member of the Institute of Hospitality. Since joining in 2021, I’ve had the privilege of co-founding and chairing the Institute’s first-ever Youth Council, supporting the next generation of hospitality leaders. I am now proud to be putting everything I learned from that experience into practice as a member of the Institute of Hospitality’s Supervisory Board.
