About Katarina Callaghan

Katarina has worked internationally as an Executive and Leadership coach since 2017, coaching executives and leaders in multi international companies. Katarina has 30 years international experience as a leader and business owner in public- and private healthcare and in recruitment. She has worked at board- and management level with start-ups, expansion and reduction of organisations, change management and development of individuals, teams and organisations. She was involved in the sale of her family’s Healthcare company 2016 to a publicly listed buyer. As a former Vice-President and Board member of the Swedish Chapter of the worlds largest coaching organisation, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Katarina is passionate about the development of coaching and her own professional development. Katarina is a Professional Certified Coach ( PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Business Communication Master Practitioner and a Certified Coach (INLPTA). The combination of her experience and training gives her a solid base to work as a catalyst for leaders to support them in their development to reach their full potential. Katarina has lived,worked and brought up her family in New Zeeland, the UK and in Sweden
