About Katarina Hedman

I am a dedicated and resourceful agronomist and policy advisor with a background in agriculture and the music industry. Currently Assistant director at the Brussels Office for the Federation of Swedish Farmers (LRF). I’m also a board member of Agronomerna, an organization for Swedish agronomists. I have previously had a wide variety of jobs, including Head of Administration at Musikförläggarna, where I was responsible for financial reporting, project management, and member services. I have also worked at the Swedish Board of Agriculture as a field inspector for the seed unit and held various project management positions within both the agricultural and the music and cultural sectors. I have gained experience through several board assignments, including as Chair of LRF's municipal group in Norrtälje and as a board member of Bonus Copyright Access, where I represented the interests of Musikförläggarna. This broad experience has equipped me with a strong ability to work both strategically and operationally, and I thrive in complex and dynamic environments where I can combine my leadership and communication skills to drive change.
