Hi, I’m a full-time Interview Scheduling Coordinator and a lifelong plant enthusiast. In my professional life, I help hiring teams and candidates find the perfect time to meet. In my personal life, I help my plants find the perfect spot to grow. Scheduling interviews might look simple, but it’s a fast-moving puzzle that takes coordination, adaptability, and clear communication. Much like tending to plants, success comes from attention to detail, anticipating needs, and creating the right environment for things to thrive. My early career in horticulture taught me patience and precision. Later, working in technical support with English-speaking clients sharpened my communication skills and taught me to stay calm in high-pressure situations. Interview scheduling turned out to be the perfect blend of these experiences — part project management, part communication, part problem-solving — and 100% focused on creating a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
