An enthusiastic and collaborative professional with over 10 years of multi country & multi industry experience of managing wide range of HR (Onboarding), Recruitment (including Employer Branding), Benefits processes & Employee Care in Tech, Retail, Finance, Public Sector and Travel. During my career, I managed end-to-end intern and graduate recruitment process by combining effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches. I was responsible of on-boarding new employees ensuring they are compliant to commence employment. I supported business stakeholders in all aspects of recruitment & acted as point of contact for employees and other teams and assisted them in all aspects of their employment, payroll and HR queries. I coordinated with correct internal teams and providers to provide solution. I created and implemented strategies and plans to recruit high-profile emerging talent to support growth of the company. I developed relationships with university careers services centres, professors and student societies and represented the company on the job fairs across all significant European universities. I was a key specialist in teams that I supported; I wrote process documentation and procedures (SOPs), ensured process improvements & optimisation and I assisted local management in running the team and trained new team members. I support my teams and stakeholders through my dedication, work ethics and drive for results. Recently I have become Working Families Ambassador within Fidelity International to connect and support individuals with more than one role.
