Hi! I'm Katarzyna — a motivated and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst with a background in finance and a passion for solving complex problems with data. I hold a degree in Global Business Services from the University of Economics in Krakow and have built my career at the intersection of finance and technology. Currently, I work as a Business Data Analyst, where I focus on data quality management, reconciliation, reporting, and process automation within Finance, Risk, and Treasury functions. My day-to-day work involves building dashboards, transforming and validating data, and collaborating across teams to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement. I’m proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel Power Query, Spotfire, and Python — and I’m always exploring ways to streamline processes and drive data-driven decisions. Outside of work, I’m learning Spanish and continuously developing my communication and collaboration skills.
