I have worked at the Marianski Group for many years, and since 2022 I have devoted most of my energy and passion in legal field to working with family foundations. I am a big fan of the institution and I see the great opportunities it provides for family businesses. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and their families to select the right solutions for their unique needs in terms of benefits, investment policies and governance rules, among others. I am an attorney-at law, and I have always directed my activity towards supporting entrepreneurs, both in terms of day-to-day advice in their business, as well as in the processes of transformations, divisions and mergers. Thanks to many years of experience in close work with entrepreneurs, I know their needs and am able to support them in choosing the right solutions in terms of the form of their business, or the internal arrangement of the structure. I know very well that a family business has its own characteristics, and the answer to its needs requires taking into account many factors and the interests of many people. Therefore, I approach each project with an open mind and an arsenal of ideas that should be properly calibrated to the situation.
