Everything happens for a reason. As someone that struggled in the past, I know firsthand that health is not something that is affected only by diet and exercise. Often times it is your relationships, career, education and spiritual beliefs that can lead you to have underlying health concerns. I believe in bio individuality which means there are no one size fits all diet. Everyone is unique and will require different nutritional needs as a result of internal and external factors. The foods we eat, our lifestyle behaviors, emotional thoughts and even surrounding environment can determine if we feel good or not. The key is gain awareness on your bodies needs and learn to trust yourself again and listen. We live in a fast paced society and always eager to find quick fixes. But health is a never ending journey, and an exciting one if you really stop and learn to turn in vs outside.
