About Katayoon Kaviani

I am a data scientist with a passion for applying data-driven solutions to business challenges. With a background in environmental engineering and a certificate in MBA, I have a strong foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and business. Recently, I completed a 480-hours data science fellowship at General Assembly, where I developed skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. I worked on several hands-on projects that demonstrate my ability to use data science tools and techniques to provide insights and recommendations for different domains. Previously, I worked as a data scientist at GreenTech, a company that specializes in renewable energy solutions. There, I used data science to analyze energy production and consumption patterns, forecast energy generation based on weather and seasonal factors, and identify opportunities for renewable energy integration. I also created Tableau dashboards and interactive visualizations to report the findings and communicate the value of renewable energy to clients and stakeholders.My goal is to leverage my data science and environmental engineering skills to contribute to innovative and impactful projects. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other data science professionals and experts in the field.
