About Kate Archer

I'm a Real Estate Broker and Vice President of Bowes & Cocks Limited, a family run real estate brokerage with offices throughout south central Ontario. In 1993 I completed the real estate licensing program and haven’t looked back since. What a great business! Over the years I served on the local Real Estate Board as chair of numerous committees, including Professional Standards which monitors ethics in the real estate community. I served a term as President of the Kawartha Lakes Real Estate Association. Five years into my career I decided to take some additional courses and get my broker designation with the intent of possibly starting my own company. In 2002 I made the move to Bowes & Cocks. And a good move it was! The people are terrific. They’re trusting and helpful and down to earth. The culture of the company fit right in with my values. I soon became manager of the Lindsay branch and before I knew it I was a regional manager and then V.P. My job takes me around the province, mainly in cottage country (which works for me.my mother says I was born with wheels where my feet should be!). I recruit and train agents. I also oversee administration, systems, and policies for the branches. I love my job! The best part is coaching agents to success.
