I am currently a 3rd year student in University College Dublin majoring in sociology and social justice. I am confident that my experience in customer service combined with my communication skills, understanding of the digital world and aptitude for innovation and teamwork would be an invaluable addition to any of your existing teams. Studying social justice has served me well in cultivating communication and motivation strengths which I believe are important in any work environment. Along with my 6 years of hospitality experience I have developed great skills within customer service. Another benefiting factor to my customer service skills comes from my understanding of social concepts and environments through my studies. During my three years I have often done group projects promoting collaboration of different ideas and work ethic which have taught the importance of teamwork. My studies in sociology have also developed my great interest in quantitative research which have helped to develop research projects and analysis data. Through this research I have acquired strong and dependable IT skills, with great knowledge of Microsoft Office while also being familiar with statistical software including SPSS. In conclusion, I love meeting and interacting with new people. I am dependable and creative with a strong work ethic, but also bring a committed and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace. I believe my critical thinking, organization and problem solving skills will prove to be an invaluable addition to your team.
