I developed CX Talent Ltd with Jo van Riemsdijk after finding there was a huge need in the market for a dedicated Customer Experience recruitment service. We offer a consultative approach, working with our clients to understand their culture & ideals, and analysing where they are in their CX journey. This helps us to focus on the specific skills & experience that the company needs. Once these have been agreed, we actively seek out candidates who meet those requirements, if they aren't already on our books. CX Talent represents a growing team of exceptional candidates. Personally, I am a senior operational leader with a background spanning management of historic buildings, commercial theatre production, visitor experience, ticketing, event management, customer experience, recruitment and arts administration. I take a strategic approach to planning, new proposition and audience development, and visitor experience. Experience of being part of a senior management team, knowledge of negotiating complex contracts, ability to build relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders, strong problem solving skills and a keen focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
