About Kate Baranenko

I’m a UX-driven Project Manager with a background in digital marketing, currently leading cross-functional teams at Motivation Digital to deliver intuitive, engaging digital experiences. My foundation in UX and marketing allows me to bridge the gap between creative vision and business goals, ensuring every project not only looks great but performs with purpose. From mapping customer journeys and scoping project requirements to building no-code solutions and leading client communications, I bring structure and clarity to every phase of a digital project. I thrive in environments where strategy, user experience, and execution intersect translating complex ideas into actionable plans and delivering solutions that drive real impact. Whether managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, or optimizing user journeys, I make sure no detail is missed and the bigger picture is always in view.
