From New Hampshire to Nashville, by way of Boston and Brooklyn, I love seeing new places and experiencing new cultures. Following graduate school in 2020, I began my career in speech pathology in the sub-acute rehab setting. As a speech therapist, I've honed my skills in active listening, empathy, and tailoring solutions to individual needs. Guiding my clients through the journey of improved communication has not only been professionally rewarding but has also equipped me with a unique set of skills that seamlessly translate into the customer success domain. Just as I've stayed up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech therapy techniques, I'm committed to ongoing learning in the field of customer success. I look forward to not only meeting the needs of clients but exceeding their expectations through a proactive and customer-centered approach.
