About Kate Bender
After qualifying at Sheffield Hallam University over 20 years ago I initially got a job at Wexham Park Trust working my rotations. I quickly moved in to Musculoskeletal and worked with Windsor Rugby Club before moving to London to Private Practice. I was head hunted to run a city London Clinic for Six Physio which I worked at for 2 years, working with an amazing team both in the clinic and gaining experience from the expert managers across their London Clinics. The Alps then called and I headed over to Val disere to run PhysioVal and ended up staying for 7 seasons! Working my summers at Covent Garden Physio and Pure Sports Med I continued to extend my knowledge and refer to top surgeons. I jointly founded Beyond Health with a group of health professionals before deciding that the country beaconed! Together with Mark Bender (and our two kids) we moved to Tisbury, south Wiltshire and opened Studio Zest. We have never looked back.
